Terms and conditions 
All sales are subject to all applicable Federal, State Municipal or other sales or use taxes.  Terms are net, by the 10th of the following month, at our office, 12800 2ND ST · PO BOX 266 · GRANDVIEW, MO 64030. Service charge of 1 1/2 % per month is added to all past due accounts (18% annual rate).

Quotes
Unless stated otherwise quotations are for acceptance within thirty days.

All orders or agreements by agents of Allied are subject to acceptance by Allied Concrete Products, Inc and are contingent upon delays by strikes, fires, floods and accidents or causes beyond control of Allied Concrete Products, Inc.

Deliveries
Deliveries, if contracted by Allied Concrete Products, Inc. are subject to accessible entry at job site.  In the event of delay caused by site being inaccessible or unprepared for delivery all waiting time shall be charged to account of buyer.

Freight and handling will be charged on all returned goods.  Freight will be charged to buyer's account.

All tests or inspections requested by buyer, in addition to regular factory buyer's account unless provided otherwise by contract between all parties.

Products sold by, but not manufactured by Allied Concrete Products, Inc are warranted only to the extent as the original manufacturer warrants said product.

Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice by Allied Concrete Products, Inc.  New prices will be distributed to buyers as soon as possible but price sheets and catalogs possessed by buyer, being subject to such change without notice, will not be a contractual agreement for products listed therein.

Small changes in standard items, specified by buyer, will be reflected in charges for additional material and labor.  Prices on custom built items will be readily available.
